Body Discovered On Beach Being Investigated As A Homicide

The Grays Harbor County Coroner’s Office says the victim has been identified as 51-year-old Annie Fears of Tacoma.

A body discovered on a Grays Harbor beach earlier this fall is now officially being investigated as a homicide. The Grays Harbor County Coroner’s Office says the victim has been identified as 51-year-old Annie Fears of Tacoma. Her body was found north of Ocean Shores in October, prompting an extensive forensic investigation. An autopsy and additional analysis confirmed she died as a result of homicidal violence. Multiple local, state, and federal agencies remain involved as the investigation continues.
