Fireworks In Ocean Shores?

Ocean Shores police are reminding visitors the rules of fireworks in the city.

Ocean Shores police are reminding visitors that fireworks are only allowed on the beach between the Damon Road and Marine View Drive approaches, and never in the city or on the Dune Trail. Legal fireworks can be used July 2 - 3 from noon to 11 p.m. and on July 4 until 11:59 p.m., with strict rules about staying 100 feet from the dunes. First aid tents will be set up at several beach access points, and colored flags will mark emergency reference points along the Dune Trail. Fireworks, BBQs, and campfires are strictly prohibited on the trail, and to see more Ocean Shores fireworks regulations to the the pd’s facebook page.
