A Kayaker drowns in Lake Aberdeen this weekend. The call came about an overturned kayak at about 8:45 Saturday morning. Witnesses said the kayak capsized and the man was unable to get back to the kayak or swim to shore. The 40-year-old man was presumed drowned, and a dive team was called in for the search and recovery efforts. Police report the man was not wearing a lifejacket. Although there has been no confirmation from authorities, there was an unconfirmed social media post saying the man's body was recovered Saturday evening.
