New details on the man arrested Sunday for starting a Grass fire in Aberdeen. The Daily World reports police arrested the person they believe is responsible for starting a 20 x 100-foot fire early Sunday morning. 59-year-old Joaquin Reyes was at the scene of the fire and authorities said he was someone known for causing similar incidents in the past.
