A Pierce County man was arrested Sunday in Grays Harbor County after allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a child he contacted online. Deputies say 44-year-old William C. Snavely was caught trying to flee the area and now faces multiple charges, including child rape, kidnapping, and possession of child pornography. The child was found safe shortly after, and investigators say more victims may be involved. Authorities credit the quick response by parents and deputies for stopping what could have been a much worse outcome.
