The new CEO for Greater Grays Harbor Inc. starts today. Darrin Raines comes to Greater Grays Harbor after over 30 years working in local municipal government and operations, most recently as the City Administrator for the City of Cosmopolis. With his time working in government, he takes on the role with decades of regional connections and grant writing and implementation experience.
