State Route 109 Bike Lane/Sidewalk Project Starts Next Week

The City of Hoquiam is reminding you that the State Route 109 Bike Lane and Sidewalk project will get underway next week.

The City of Hoquiam is reminding you that the State Route 109 Bike Lane and Sidewalk project will get underway next week and will cause minor traffic tie ups at times. The project will have several pedestrian and safety improvements between Riverside Ave. Bridge and Emerson Elementary including a 10-foot shared pedestrian and bike lane. The $1.4 million project that gets underway next week is expected to continue through September. Contact the city of Hoquiam with any questions or concerns.
