39-year-old Riley Carter was arrested early this week on 4th degree assault and interfering with a domestic violence report, both charges are misdemeanors.

A newly elected Aberdeen City Councilman has been charged with domestic assault. 39-year-old Riley Carter was arrested early this week on 4th degree assault and interfering with a domestic violence report, both charges are misdemeanors. Because Carter is an Aberdeen City official, to avoid any conflict of interest, Hoquiam’s municipal court will handle this case.
