The Grays Harbor County Fire Marshal’s office has lifted the county wide burn ban, effective immediately. A notice was sent out on Monday saying that with recent weather trends, all burn restrictions can now be lifted. That includes trash burning where it’s already allowed. Officials also remind you to fully extinguish any fire that will not be attended to by dousing it with water, moist soil or dirt and stirring with a shovel until all parts are cool to the touch.
