Governor Jay Inslee has issued an emergency proclamation for five counties including Grays Harbor and Mason County following the damaging weather event that happened back in December. The proclamation was issued this week after the weather event that began December 3rd caused shoulder washouts, flooding, slope failures and landslides. The damage done is estimated to cost more than $3 million to repair. The emergency proclamation directs WSDOT and other state resources to repair roadways and other affected infrastructure as soon as possible.
