When deputies arrived at the scene of the supposed shooting, they could not find any evidence of someone shooting a gun.
The Grays Harbor County Sheriff Department responded to shots fired at a vehicle call early Wednesday. The Daily World reports the caller that phoned in just north of Hoquiam on highway 101 said someone in another vehicle had just shot their car with the caller adding that they were going to follow the suspected offender. When deputies arrived at the scene of the supposed shooting, they could not find any evidence of someone shooting a gun. After talking to witnesses, deputies determined the shots fired at a car were from either an airsoft or paintball gun and not live ammunition. Although the sheriff’s department is still investigating the incident, they have not been able to locate a suspect or victim in the case.
