A Hoquiam city councilman will be stepping down. It was announced at this week’s council meeting that Paul McMillan will be stepping down at ward one representative. The announcement was made by mayor Ben Winkelman, in a letter written by McMillan. He stated that he will be staying in Hoquiam, but moving out of the ward one area. He said he was grateful for his time serving the city of Hoquiam. He will remain in the seat until the July 11th meeting.
