Shuts down a portion of the highway yesterday.
An accident involving a logging truck shut down a portion of Highway 12 yesterday between Elma and Oakville. Washington State Patrol along with DOT personnel responded to the scene where the big rig was on its side. That stretch of highway was closed off while the logs were moved to another truck and the wreck was cleared. No reports of injuries and no word on how the accident happened.
