Pacific County is opening two emergency warming shelters again tonight as temperatures remain low, and will be open nightly from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. through at least Sunday. Shelters are set up at the Willapa Harbor Chamber of Commerce in South Bend and Ocean Park Lutheran Church. Intake closes at 8:30 p.m., and anyone needing a ride should call 360-214-1046 by 4 p.m. Officials say all are welcome to escape the cold.
