The sale of fireworks in Washington begins today at noon. A state license is required, along with a local permit, to operate fireworks stand. The state fire marshal’s office encourages anyone who purchases fireworks this year to enjoy them safely. Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties allow fireworks in some areas. You should, always make sure and check the rules where you are at and make sure the fireworks you are using are legal in the state.
