Grays Harbor County Commissioner Vickie Raines has been accepted into the National Association of Counties’ Familiar Faces Initiative that began in May of this year. The project is a data sharing network that works across both the behavioral health and justice systems. The goal of the FFI is to help those with mental health or behavioral issues and who frequently cycle through jails, homeless shelters, emergency departments and other crisis services get consistent mental health treatment.
