Cosmopolis residents can get a closer look tomorrow at the chemical cleanup underway at the former Cosmo Specialty Fibers mill. More than 750,000 gallons of waste chemicals were stored at the dormant facility, which has also accumulated over $2 million in environmental fines. The EPA took over the removal in August after the owner missed several cleanup deadlines. Agency representatives will provide an update and answer questions from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Cosmopolis City Hall.
