Hoquiam Police are adding another member to their ranks.

Hoquiam Police are adding another member to their ranks. On Tuesday Officer Alan Higgins received his Basic Law Enforcement Academy diploma and Washington State Peace Officer Certification. Higgins will now begin the department’s Field Training and Education Program. He will spend the next several months learning from and being evaluated by certified - Field Training Officers.
