The biological mother of missing 6-year-old Oakley Carlson has a new date for an omnibus hearing on fraud charges. Jordan Bowers is accused of stealing more than $50,000 from multiple victims. A Tuesday pre-trial hearing was reset yesterday for a second time. Bowers next court date will be March 6th. As of now a trial readiness hearing is still set for March 13th with the trail date scheduled for March 21st. If convicted, Bowers faces up to 7 years in prison.
