Aberdeen Police are looking to track down the source of a phone threat against a Miller Jr. High student
Aberdeen Police are looking to track down the source of a phone threat against a Miller Jr. High student. Police say a female student got a call about 9:15pm. Monday night from a restricted number. The voice on the phone was disguised and told the young girl to not go to school Tuesday and then they threatened to bring a gun and shoot her. The district, in partnership with APD decided there was no need to cancel classes or to initiate a lockdown. There was an enhanced police presence at the school yesterday and parents were notified of the threat. An investigation to find the caller is ongoing.
