A traveling veterans memorial is headed to Ocean Shores next week.

A traveling veterans memorial is headed to Ocean Shores next week. The American Veterans Traveling Tribute will be at the Convention Center September 10 through 13, including an 89-foot replica of the Vietnam Wall and displays honoring those lost in the September 11 attacks, the Global War on Terror and other conflicts. It’ll be open most of the day Thursday through Saturday, then Sunday morning until noon. Veterans and their families will also get a private visiting period Saturday evening.
