Voters in parts of Grays Harbor are deciding several local funding measures in this month’s special election. The Rochester School District is asking for a capital levy to fund safety upgrades and replace aging water systems at multiple schools. In Hoquiam, voters are considering a $1.2 million bond to purchase a new fire truck. Meanwhile, Fire District 12 is asking residents to renew its emergency medical services levy. Ballots must be postmarked or dropped off by April 28, with election certification set for May 8.
