Officials in Mason, Grays Harbor, and Pacific counties are getting the word out about cash assistance for residents hit hard by recent flooding.

Emergency Management officials in Mason, Grays Harbor, and Pacific counties are getting the word out about cash assistance for residents hit hard by recent flooding. The state’s Disaster Cash Assistance program is designed to help families cover immediate needs after flood damage. People can apply online, by phone, or in person through DSHS. Emergency managers say anyone impacted by flooding should check their eligibility and apply sooner rather than later. More details are available online.
