A gang member is arrested on election day in Pacific County. Sheriff’s deputies arrested 40-year-old Robert Moisan in Ocean Park following a domestic violence call. Investigators believe Moisan used the gun on the victim and determined he was not allowed to possess a firearm. Records also revealed he has a warrant out of Oregon and that he has an affiliation with the Crips gang. He faces multiple charges
