A reminder for those driving the Grass Creek Bridge on State Route 109, WSDOT will be closing that bridge this week for repairs. The bridge closure will start on Thursday. Drivers are being told to plan for a 13-mile marked detour that uses 101, Ocean Beach and Powell roads. The repair work is estimated to last 10 weeks, weather permitting.
