Grays Harbor Sheriff’s deputies answered over 2,100 calls for service in the month of June. That averages out to just over 70 calls per day. There were 15 burglary calls and 27 reports of theft in June while deputies made 549 traffic stops last month. Compare that to the month of May when deputies answered over 2,400 calls for service. While the number of reported thefts and burglaries were in the same range, deputies made 765 traffic stops in May, many leading up to the Memorial Day Holiday.
