Halloween fun is on the way in Elma, with the Chamber of Commerce hosting its Kids’ Most Creative Costume Contest on Friday October 31st. Families can swing by the Chamber at 4 p.m. for photos, goodie bags, and a shot at winning the community costume vote. Entries are due by October 28, and winners will take home a trophy and bragging rights. The Chamber’s also looking for Fall Festival vendors, anyone with crafts, art, or tasty treats is invited to sign up.
