The Daily World reports that between the project team and coast guard inspections, there has been another $300,000 added for critical projects. Phase one of the restoration includes all new rigging, replacing aging wood, replacing the masts and installing safety upgrades. A new generator will also be purchased and there will be various engineering and electrical work done as well.
