Ocosta High School senior Rebekah Stone has received an official appointment to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, joining the elite Class of 2029. Stone earned nominations from U.S. Sen. Maria Cantwell and a Presidential source, reflecting her top-tier academics, leadership, and service. Rebekah’s acceptance marks the second straight year Ocosta has produced a U.S. service academy appointee. Stone plans to study chemical engineering and serve in the Army’s Chemical Corps.
