Police are still investigating after a stabbing in Montesano this week. The call of someone being stabbed came in about 6am Monday. The victim originally said the suspect ran off and he did not know him. After police from multiple agencies were called in to help canvas the neighborhood for the suspect, it was discovered the victim did know the person who stabbed him, and that man was still at the victim’s home. The suspect was arrested on felony assault charges. The victim has been treated and released from the hospital.
