Prosecutors say the driver accused in a deadly crash near Raymond this week was more than twice the legal alcohol limit and admitted he was drunk behind the wheel. Investigators say 26-year-old Rex Mullikin of Wyoming told troopers the wreck was his fault after drinking Twisted Tea and taking Suboxone. The crash on Highway 101 killed 50-year-old Jeremy Wetherald of Lacey and seriously injured 73-year-old Judith Holden of Hoquiam. Mullikin faces charges of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault.
