A reminder about construction work that could slow you down in McCleary today.
A reminder about construction work that could slow you down in McCleary today. Over the weekend crews closed the median crossing on SR 8 at Mox Chehalis Road East so crews can complete drainage work. State Route 8 is reduced to one lane in each direction on the westbound side of the highway between the Grays Harbor County line and McCleary. The speed limit is reduced to 50 mph while the fish barrier removal project happens. Drivers in both directions will still be able to turn right at the intersection. You can check on the real time traffic map link on our website to see when the work is complete.
