Aberdeen police say they have caught a suspect in a shooting from over the weekend. On Saturday evening, Aberdeen police were dispatched to a call of a shooting on East State Street where a 32 year old man had to be taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. In their investigation, they named Ricky Logan as possibly being connected to the crime and were searching for him. Monday police announced Logan had been arrested in Hoquiam, thanks to a tip from an off-duty police officer. Reports say Logan tried to run from officers and that one officer was injured during the arrest. No word on the condition of the victim or what charges Logan will face.
