Everything is back to normal this morning after a brief modified lockdown at Miller Junior high yesterday
just after noon. According to the district, a robo-call went out to parents notifying them of the modified
lockdown at 12:35pm. An anonymous person reported suspicious activity in the area of the school and
out of an abundance of cautio the school was placed on the heighten alert status. Aberdeen police
checked the area and determined there was no threat. School activities resume as normal shortly
