A Grays Harbor park is thriving thanks to ongoing support from the community and local grants. The Daily World says the Central Park Lions Club has received $62,200 from the Grays Harbor Community Foundation since 2020, helping transform their park into a safe and welcoming space. Recent improvements include a new concrete walkway, a basketball and pickleball court, and secure storage for maintenance equipment. Community groups have until the close of business today to apply for the next round of Community Building Grants. Get details at the Grays Harbor Community Foundation’s Facebook page
