Deer Poaching In Ocean Shores?

Ocean Shores police are warning residents to keep an eye out for poachers as deer activity picks up this fall.

Ocean Shores police are warning residents to keep an eye out for poachers as deer activity picks up this fall. Officers say to watch for slow-moving vehicles, people tracking deer, or anyone acting suspicious in wooded areas. If something seems off, residents are asked to call the city’s non-emergency line at 360-533-8765. Police Chief Neccie Logan says community vigilance goes a long way toward protecting the wildlife that makes Ocean Shores special.
