A man police say murdered someone and then tied to dispose of the body by blowing it up is arrested in Grays Harbor. Grays Harbor Sheriff’s deputies, along with Aberdeen police served a warrant at an Oakville property last week and arrested Jerome Markert for the death of a man in Cowlitz County back in July. Markert was the second person arrested in connection with the death of Alan Nielsen after police say Neilson was shot and days later, Market and another man used explosives to blow up the body. Investigators believe Nielsen was shot because the men believed he had killed one of their dogs.
