Crews say the wildfire that broke out Friday at the Montesano Cemetery is fully contained, with firefighters spending part of the day last week mopping up hot spots. The blaze scorched an area about 100 by 200 feet before crews, with help from Fire District 2, brought it under control. Officials are reminding residents that a full burn ban remains in effect across Grays Harbor County. They stress that even small sparks can quickly turn into dangerous wildfires under current dry conditions.
