More Resistance To Hoquiam Pellet Mill

A major wood pellet manufacturing project planned for Hoquiam is facing another legal hurdle.

A major wood pellet manufacturing project planned for Hoquiam is facing another legal hurdle. State regulators have upheld the air permit for Pacific Northwest Renewable Energy’s proposed facility, but environmental groups have now appealed that decision to Thurston County Superior Court.
