Officials say all doors, including the front doors to the schools, will be locked between 8:30am and 3pm daily.
The Raymond School District has released an update to its student safety protocols for this school year.
Officials say all doors, including the front doors to the schools, will be locked between 8:30am and 3pm
daily. If someone needs access, they will need to call either the elementary school or the Junior
High/High School front office for assistance. Along with the building doors, the gates to the track will
also be locked during school hours. Although they want the community to have access to the track, they
also want ot keep out any “unwanted individuals” during school days. So far reaction to the
announcement on social media has been positive.
