Statewide there are over 770 inmates who are quaratned for possible COVID exposure and there are currently 195 active COVID cases among staff.
This week’s Washington State DOC COVID-19 Bulletin shows that the Stafford Creek Corrections Center has been removed from both the facility wide and limited outbreak status. DOC officials say that facilities and units that are not on outbreak status are finding ways to safely participate in religious and educational programming, visitation, and other activities that are important for an individual’s successful reentry to the community. There are still 8 campuses that are on an outbreak status in the state.
