Starting Tomorrow There Will Be No River Fishing Allowed In Grays Harbor

The closure affects all rivers and creeks in Mason and Grays Harbor counties.

Starting tomorrow there will be no river fishing allowed in Grays Harbor. The state department of fish
and wildlife is closing the Grays Harbor Watershed stream for all fishing as a conservation measure to
protect salmon returning to coastal rivers. The closure affects all rivers and creeks in Mason and Grays
Harbor counties. The National Park Service has closed their corresponding fisheries in local bodies of
water as well.  Fishing will reopen when flows increase, or salmon have resumed upstream migration.
