The hospital announced earlier this year the purchase of 20 acres of land.

Willapa Harbor Hospital announces they will be building a new facility near Raymond. The hospital announced earlier this year the purchase of 20 acres of land just east of highway 1010 between Raymond and South Bend for the new hospital. The early estimated cost of the project is $65 million with funding options still being looked at. Community members will have a chance later this year to have input on design concepts. Construction could start by 2025.
