The Aberdeen Fire Department says an early Wednesday morning blaze damaged a two-story building in the 100 block of West Heron Street. Police officers first on scene reported visible flames before firefighters quickly knocked down the fire. Crews contained the damage to one building, and no injuries were reported among residents or responders. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
