Since 1984 National Night Out has been a way for members of the community to get to know their local police departments through face-to-face interactions.
The Aberdeen police department has announced it will once again be taking part in the National Night Out set for Tuesday August 2nd. This year, members of the Aberdeen Police Department, Aberdeen Explorers and Aberdeen's Volunteers in Police Service will be taking part in various community events. Since 1984 National Night Out has been a way for members of the community to get to know their local police departments through face-to-face interactions. Any group or organization in Aberdeen that would like to sponsor an event this year can go to our website for contact information on setting something up.
