The service is called PermitDirector and it offers residents of Aberdeen the ability to manage the processing, payment, and issuance of concealed pistol licenses 100% online. Aberdeen officials say the process of getting this service was started by former police chief Shumate and current chief Green continuing with the implementation of the program.
