The Big Shaker Earthquake Simulator is coming to Pacific County this weekend. The county emergency management agency has teamed up the county fire district 1 and the Long Beach Fire District showcase the simulator this Saturday from 11am until 3pm at the Pacific County Fair. The Big Shaker will then be at the First Responders Safety Fair in Long Beach on Sunday. The Big Shaker safely simulates a magnitude 8.0 earthquake and gives riders an opportunity to educate themselves on what an earthquake really feels like.
