The City of Aberdeen could soon have its next fire chief. The Daily News reports the city has extended an offer to a candidate. This offer came after a second round of interviews took place. Per city policy, the name of the person being offered the job will not be revealed until later in the process. An offer made to a different candidate was declined back in June.
