The work requires short term road closures to maximize safety.

The City of Aberdeen has announced scheduled road closures for part of next week. Chehalis Valley Timber has been awarded a contract by the city to harvest timber in the area of Lake Aberdeen. The work requires short term road closures to maximize safety. The west entrance to Lake Aberdeen along with the access to the west boat launch will be closed June 28^th and 29^th for crews to cut down trees. The main entrance to the recreation area will remain open during the operation. More details can be found at the city’s website AberdeenWA.gov
