The Grays Harbor Drug Task Force helped crack a major burglary case in Hoquiam that left a local business with up to $20,000 in damage and tens of thousands in stolen tools. Working with the business owner, investigators set up an undercover sting that led to the arrest of a 39-year-old Puyallup man in Tumwater on July 1. Detectives later searched properties in Thurston and Pierce counties, recovering most of the stolen goods. The suspect is being held on $20,000 bail for burglary and trafficking in stolen property.
